Bad Points: ts a very old and rundown 3 level hotel. Its really cheap like $23 - $35 per night. Be prepared to hear loud music after 12mn till 3am. No sound proof room. Can hear very loud n clear for passerby outside your room. Good points : Walkable to Batam city Square and Grand Batam mall. There are famous Lapis No 1, many foodcourt below or opposite the hotel. There is a wet market just beside the hotel. There is a A2 foodcourt with varieties food selection. Excellent : HOTEL counter staff very helpful and greets customer with smile from their heart! This is a bonus and will feel happy with it

Horrible terrible hotel

When arrived, I was told by the owner that our rooms will be slightly noisy as is directly below ktv.. And it opened till 4am. We was not give much choice but to accept. He assure us that only slightly noisy. It was OK at 1st.. Really abit noisy only.. But 12am onwards, it become super loud.. Is heavy metal live band. My room is vibrating. All the drumming are giving me and family members headache. It goes on and on.. Does not end till 4am. The soundproofing is very lousy. There is no hot water in both our rooms. Water flow and water pressure is very low. Got roaches too. For it's price, I did not expect much regarding room condition. But a night sleep is the most basic thing the hotel can stay. The noise does not make it suitable to be a hotel
