My suggestion is Expedia suppose to remove this hotel from their booking list, when I arrived I was given truly bad room with unclean bad... I question about it, and they said sine I booked via online / Expedia... this is only room available.
Since the room is not in good condition, they asked me to pay additional cash to upgrade to better room and unfortunately I have no choice and end-up with I paid double the price.
If Expedia is standing behind for their customers... I should get my money back.
Location of the hotel also I wont visit again.
Checked in too late around 4pm, we requested for extra pillow, toothbrush and towel and they ask for extra charge and i was like “are you serious?!” From the time we arrived, then waited too long to check in and now this? The service is really poor, never gonna come back to this hotel. And the worse is each room they provided only one toothbrush, are we gonna share one toothbrush? I was really disappointed 😩
The check in experience was bad. Staff are unprofessional. Gave me the wrong room and I had to go up n down 3 times to get the correct room that I booked and it smelt weird. Breakfast was quite bad and the typical eggs which is supposed to be free was chargeable. Quite disappointing.
