The rooms are very clean, but it will be good if the bathroom has accessories for hanging of wet suits. Overall experience is good. The F&B manager, Mr. Ade, is extremely attentive and friendly. The front desk staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoy our stay.

Staff tried to cheat money from me. They claimed there was a stain on bed sheets and tried to charge me 90k RP for so called damages, there were no open wounds and yet they claim the blood was mine, i believe the staff tried to cheat money out of me through malicious intent, becareful of such dirty tactics from the staff.

The hotel is located near the habour bay ferry terminal. We took grab to reach the hotel within few minutes. The rooms are clean and spacious. So nice that the hotel provides welcome drink at the lobby.
