Once I check-in inside the room I got kerosene smell and few cockroaches moving around. Also the air con not working. I called the receptionist after 15mins somebody comes cannot settle the air con problem. Again 2nd person check air con also cannot settle. Then 3rd person came then settle the air con problem. I'm quite disappointed the service and the room as well. I think the hotel need to check the room before somebody check in all in order.
