Location Location Location

The perfect location to stay in Barcelona! A 15 minute walk to Sagrada Familia. Close to Metro stations. The apartment was so clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our far too short stay in this beautiful city. Communication was great! Hopefully we will stay again!

What a fantastic find!

We were all impressed by the apartment. It was clean, spacious, and very stylishly decorated. It was equipped with (almost) everything we needed. I think we only missed coffee for the coffee machine. Our 2-night stay was quiet and relaxing. The apartment is very close to a Metro station, so we were able to quickly make it to the heart of the city. Sant Pau Recinte Modernista (one of our destinations) was within walking distance. we have nothing but praise for our landlord as well. He was most accommodating and eager to give us practical advice about the city. We had a marvelous time in Barcelona.

Charming and Quiet

We felt very comfortable and safe in this apartment. The neighborhood is within walking distance to the Sagrada Familia and the Historic Sant Pau Hosbital but away from the noise and busier touristy areas. The management was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was well equipped and met all our needs.

We were in Barcelona for 5 days with our three kids. The apartment is very spacious, very clean and with beautiful design. It had everything we needed. Super recommended!

Although this was a beautiful apartment the next time I think I would look for a place in the old town to save on time getting there and back as we spent a lot of time in and around that area.

Großzügige Wohnung für 6 Pers.

Die Wohnung ist sauber und liegt sehr zentral, ideal für 6 Personen genug Platz in den Zimmern und Bädern. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Metro Nähe (Busse vor der Haustür). ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um Barcelona zu erkunden. Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso für Selbstverpfleger Supermärkte, Bäcker + Metzger. Einziger Punkt: die Küche ist sehr dünn ausgestattet was Messer usw. angeht, also selbst kochen für mehrere etwas umständlich. Die gesamte Abwicklung war problemlos, freundlicher Empfang mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps und auch bei Nachfragen stand während der Büro Öffnungszeiten jemand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite um z.B. Ausflugstipps oder Buchungen vorzunehmen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, waren eine Gruppe = Familie mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern

Schönes Appartement

Hatten ein paar schöne Tage in dieser Wohnung. Das einzige das wir vermisst haben, waren ein paar Gewürze des täglichen Bedarfs (Pfeffer, Salz, Zucker...). Muss keinesfalls vorhanden sein, wäre aber schön gewesen. Ansonsten alles perfekt. Netter und hilfsbereiter Empfang. Genauso problemlos die Abreise. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Übergabe hat gut geklappt und wir wurden pünktlich und freundlich empfangen. Wir hatten ein sauberes modernes Apartment mit viel Platz. Die beiden Bäder waren sauber und zeitgemäß, allerdings eine Dusche mit Duschvorhang zu klein und unkomfortabel. Die Betten waren bequem und sauber. Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer ebenfalls bequem aber schon etwas abgenutzt. Das Appartement ist etwas dunkel, der Ausblick aller Schlafzimmerfenster ist auf Mauern im Innenhof. Die Küche war zufriedenstellend ausgestattet, allerdings fehlte uns die Spülmaschine. Das Apartment liegt etwas außerhalb, beim nächsten Mal würde ich es nicht wieder buchen. Ich hatte für den Preis etwas mehr erwartet.
