I’ve been a loyal guest since my first stay here in 2019, returning almost every year (except during Covid and when the hotel was unavailable). The area is excellent, and I’ve always enjoyed staying here.
However, I’ve noticed a steady decline in the experience over time. When I first stayed, guests were offered coffee and a muffin each morning, which was later reduced to just coffee, and now nothing at all. On my most recent two-night stay, my room wasn’t serviced after the first night, and no goodwill gesture was offered to acknowledge this.
Unfortunately, these changes are making me reconsider my options, and I may need to look for alternative accommodation in the area for next year.
