The property is not a four star. Luck to get two To get to room needed to travers three sets of stairs, cross deck that was in need of repair,, broken patio stones, deck falling apart. Then take en elevator to reach floor. Room service never answered nor did front desk by house phone. No bar area nor good restaurant in-house

The location was great. the desk staff was excellent but I didn't get the walk in shower I requested twice. they were willing to switch but I had unpacked and it was too much trouble to move. My bed was too hard for me and they did a nice job trying to add a mattress topper and it was better. The room attendant did not replace mt cups for sugar or any of the supplies. She was also not friendly when I requested paper coffee cups. My dishes were still dirty and not replaced. Dinner was very nice and good was good. Paella was also good but a bit expensive. Breakfast was 14 euros and was decent but my poached egg was watery but fine. At least it was soft yolks. My friend's eggs were overcooked. I have mixed reviews of this place and may return bc of the location and it was near the Flamenco place we wanted to go to. Peter and Alicia were doing their best to accomodate us. Our taxi was on time picking us up to the aitp[ort
