Buyer beware
Pretty disappointed in this hotel for what we paid. Because of the weekend we paid 500euros a night with all the fees and this hotel is definitely only a two star as rated.
We decided to book it because of the reviews and the only thing I would give it a high rating for is location as it's very central. We got one of the nicer rooms and there was no phone or water in the room. I called the front desk and was told 'because that room doesn't have a phone. Yes- but why I responded and was told that it wasn't functioning. The room was also on the main road so you could hear a lot of noise during the evening.
The next morning I asked to talk to the manager because I wanted to at least change rooms and was told they would give me a call. Surprise surprise no call with the two nights I was there although I was assure the manager would give me a call. Besides that - breakfast was not included and the rooms and hotel are really not that nice. The hallways are incredibly dark even during the day bc of no windows, the rooms are older, there's no real closet only a makeshift corner with a hanging area.
This place was incredibly disappointing especially for the price and I'm really not understanding the good reviews. The fact there was not even a courtesy call by one of the employees was very disappointing but they did get me a phone for the room the next day.
