Excellent location. Everything is very walkable. The entrance to the metro is directly outside the front door and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed in the triple room and it was beautiful with two small balconies with nice views. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. There was construction going on right outside the building and they did wake us up at 2am with construction noise but that was not the fault of the hotel. Expect the minimum as far as amenities.

The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, just steps away from charming streets, great restaurants, and major attractions. Whether you’re walking to the Gothic Quarter, the beach, or the metro, everything is incredibly accessible. The service was equally impressive. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed — from local tips to arranging transportation. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given how central the hotel is. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and how smooth everything was from check-in to check-out. In the center of everything location wise. Shops and restaurants everywhere. Cappuccino cafe steps away and has great cafe and food. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Hotel staff was very friendly! We had a room with four balconies which was awesome overlooking the streets. The streets are pretty loud at night with all the people walking and talking but we could close out the noise when we shut our doors. Hotel is in a great location and we were able to find many awesome restaurants within short walking distance. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have air conditioning.

The hotel is in a great place and walkable to so many places including laundry facilities. The best gelato place in the street below. However, the room is tiny which is doable but the bathroom shower door was broken. Floor felt a little dirty too. Why do European hotels not have washcloths? Makes no sense.
