Fantastic customer service
Great hotel in perfect location, but what made it exceptional were the amazing staff. I’ve experienced good customer service but this team made it feel they actually cared about your experience rather than just doing their job well. Would highly recommend this hotel for that culture alone!

The hotel was convenient to transportation, restaurants, and shopping. Right around the corner from La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter. The service and staff were great. The breakfast was good but we got tired of the same things because we stayed so many days. Our room had a leak with the sink faucet so they changed our room the following day. However, the shower did not drain in this room and overflowed into the bathroom. It was significant enough that they must have known of this issue prior. They said they would send someone although the issue was never fully resolved. Overall we enjoyed our stay due to the convenience of the hotel location.

A perfect weekend break in a great location
We had a great stay. The staff and management were really welcoming. We received an upgrade to our room and were offered a late check out if we needed it. The breakfast was excellent. It’s also a great location. Full marks all round.
