The staff was great- nice hotel. I will say the walls are quite thin so it’s very loud. You hear people above you, next to you and outside the door very easily. Other than that the stay was very nice.

The room i was given was bigger than i booked but was a reward for being there a 3rd Christmas in a row. I really love this hotel as treated so nicely and taken care of when needed, just like told how to get to places u want to visit. I will definitely book this hotel for d next time i visit

I highly recommend this hotel; it's in a great location, with excellent bars, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. If you choose to have breakfast at the hotel, they offer a buffet that's delicious. The staff is fantastic; the whole team is here to help with any questions or needs you may have. It was a great vacation at Hotel Lugano.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They made our stay very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. It is fairly simple and the rooms are basic but it is comfortable, clean and economical. The bed was comfortable. We parked in the hotel's garage, which was very convenient, for a €25 fee. The front desk staff made me a cup of tea. We will definitely stay there avain when we overnight in Barcelona.

Very nice small room. Lived our view looking outside of our window. Did not have breakfast or drinks however unrequested bottles of mineral water was brought up to us. The front desk staff were the best especially Miguel.
