Bangkok Riverside pet-friendly accommodation

The room was ok , the view is beautiful but my last day there was few people next door making so much noise. First I thought they are enjoying and try to ignore it . But when got worse at 11 pm I called front desk to solve the problem and they told me someone will go up and asked them to keep it quiet. Nothing happened, called again and again same answer. This time the manager called and said if I want I can change my room , this is at 4:30 am and I had very bad migraines because all night didn’t sleep. It was not just a noise it was banging on the door smoking all kin of things which the smell was in my room too. Around 5 am when I called again and said I am going to do complain I thing this time they sent someone to tell them to keep it quiet witch they did. I am a solo traveler and never experienced something like this. I think they didn’t take me seriously and didn’t handle it well. To make it worse when I was leaving they off me a lunch in one of their restaurants, when I went it was all old food in very bad shape. Not sure how they run this place. When I booked 5 stars hotel for the price I excepted better.

Smooth welcoming check in Really nice room with river view Most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Amazing varied breakfast with very attentive staff. Problem sorted very quickly - in the middle of the night I noticed that water was dripping from one of the air conditioning vents. I called reception and within 5 minutes an engineer was sent and a porter arrived to take me and all my gear to an upgraded suite. Next day I had a courtesy call to apologise again and to see how the new room was. This can happen to any hotel, it's how they respond that matters. 5*

I have stayed here multiple times. Always friendly staff. Great location. Restaurant on site. Overall a great experience.
