A Place I’d Love to Come Back To

The check-in process was very quick and efficient, and I was happy to receive a room upgrade. They also fulfilled all my requests, such as a twin bed and a higher floor, which made my stay very satisfying. I enjoyed the variety of activities offered at the hotel, and the multiple swimming pools were excellent with great service. The staff were all very kind and helpful. In addition, when I had a small injury, the hotel immediately arranged medical assistance and treatment, which I really appreciated.

This is a beautiful classic style hotel. The service is excellent and food is good too. Unfortunately, there are no power points next to the bed. And the master switch does not provide an option to leave individual lights on. Overall it offers a wonderful experience.

Perfect experience except for the lift

The experience has been perfect except that the lift is so slow that typically need to wait for 2-3min to get on (not because of being full but simply because it is slow)
