Total scam!! Don’t do it. I booked this place 8/9/24. Property manager emailed me to cancel couple days before check in 8/29/24 stating the property was not ready due to storm from 7/3. No refund, not responding to me or the platform they use to take customers money. They had my phone number and decided to wait last minute to cancel via email. All while the platform they use was sending updates even as recent as the day before my check in reminding me that my check in was 8/29. Very unprofessional. Save your money and time. Don’t do it.
