Property was nice, and staff was friendly. I took off a star because they dont offer anything complimentary. Even the drip coffee in the lobby was an extra charge. There was also a roach on our door trying to get in our room. Front staff did offer us a new room, and to have maintenance come spray. Overall, good hotel

Beautiful hotel. Cleaning staff was very nice. Inside and outside was nice. Water in bathrooom faucet on the hot water would leak. The drain would clo up to the sink. The evening staff at the desk left me on hold waiting on another check-in customer. Abut rude about me asking about a taxi. The morning check-in desk clerk mad excuses for the shuttle driver I waited at the airport for an hour or longer. The driver and both shuttles were there.
