The front desk was nice and cordial. The shuttle driver that picked us up from the airport was not pleasant. When he answered the phone the sound annoyed. Unfortunately I had to call him a couple of times and he got really annoyed and bored line rude. The morning driver was definitely friendly and approachable The cleanliness of the room was average. The hair dryer was dirty, sticky. No hand soap. Breakfast was average.

Unprofessional staff at our initial check-in. There was inadequate parking our first night causing us to have to park on the street. The parking area, grass, and sidewalks were littered with trash and dog waste (primarily in back parking area) and no pet baggies or trash can for pet waste. Our check-in was for 3 adults 1 child. Our room only had 2 towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash clothes, and 1 bath mat. Upon requesting more towels at the front desk we were told that housekeeping would be around “some time” to give us more. The shower had a strange large bubble in the ceiling over the shower head. The breakfast was nice each day, they allowed pets, the spot was convenient for our needs, shower had hot water, pillows were comfortable, room was clean, good coffee provided 24/7, and low price to stay. Even though the hotel did have very competitive pricing for us it wasn’t worth the sacrifice for all the unwanted issues.

The hotel was clean. Our room was a bit too large and open with a TV that looks like it was manufactured in the early 2000’s. I believe it was a 32 inch screen. Beds were very comfortable. The sleeper sofa, which I gather is for a seating area was too far from the TV to be used for such an activity. The rooms could definitely benefit from a makeover.
