Very disappointing stay. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but even basic cleanliness was completely lacking. There were bugs in the bed, stained sheets, and very dirty carpets and furniture. The entire place smelled of weed and cigarettes. The hotel also advertises “free breakfast,” which is misleading. There is no real breakfast—only weak, watery coffee and a single muffin that you have to request from the front desk because it’s kept behind the counter. There’s even a sign for a “breakfast room,” yet no breakfast room exists. Just a small table in the hallway. Overall, the conditions were unacceptable and not worth the stay.

This hotel is very dodgy, not clean, no breakfast included, a to-go muffin is available, there was no soap, shampoo, body wash, nothing in the room, the entire room smellsles of urine and the area overall seems old, dirty and feels very unsafe. The bed creaks and is uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel especially for single, female travelers.

The first room was unacceptable: the bed was defective, the temperature was uncomfortably cold, the bathroom lacked soap, and the parking lot was icy, dark, and unsafe. Basic amenities such as a microwave and refrigerator were missing. Fortunately, Robin at the front desk provided outstanding service. She upgraded me to a suite, ensured I had proper amenities, and even supplied dining essentials. Her professionalism and kindness salvaged the experience. Summary: While the property requires significant improvements in communication, maintenance, and guest readiness, Robin’s exceptional service prevented this from being a one‑star stay.

My stay was not ideal. The room was not clean, and the carpet had multiple stains, showing poor maintenance. There were no basic amenities provided—no coffee, tea, or even drinking water bottles in the room. Additionally, there was a high-pitched beep every 30 seconds coming from a smoke detector issue, and no action was taken even after I reported it. There was also no full, proper breakfast. Only one muffin was handed out by the reception, and a single juice jar was placed in the lobby as the “breakfast” offering. On top of that, I was required to pay a $100 security deposit during check-in, which was unexpected. Overall, I would not recommend this property.
