Rooms are clean, pets seen and friendly, though i did wake up itchy, unsure why, some doors wont close fully (145 bathroom door) and room doors have to be pulled shut when leaving/entering. Other then that, 2-3 person room is wonderful, love it!

The host refused to check me in when I had a reservation booked for months and already paid for the room. They gave me no other options and left me stranded alone in the airport all night. Highly disappointed! Charged for literally nothing but stress.

My reservation was cancelled by the hotel I tried to contact hotels.com. But just got a robot - couldn’t get a phone number with a real person. Took an hour at 9 pm to find another room. Some treatment for a so called GOLD member !!! Sgl female looking for a room at 9 After driving 7 hours !!! 79 years old That’s how my stay not was. Also tried to charge me! But I had locked my card.

The room was clean. The sink disposal had a mild odor. The temperature was comfortable in the room and it was quiet at night. Not a fan for paying $7/night for parking but the parking lot felt safe. Customer service was great from all the staff.
