Our freezer door in the mini fridge wouldn't freeze the ice cubes for us. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, missing cups, near by laundry room was out of order, our room wasn't serviced properly. Rubbish was taken away but towels weren't replaced, beds weren't straightened, tea bags & toilet paper weren't topped up.
