It was quiet convenient .. only think they only gave you 2 towels for my 9 day that i stay i had to buy towels cause we were 3 people in each room i was no sharing my towel and there was a funny smell every time you entered the room most of the day i was out just came to take a showere and sleep .

I usually never go out of my way to write a bad review, but these guys mentioned they had a kitchen. When I got there, they had absolutely no way to cook anything or any utensils or plates or sponges or dish soap. The hotel staff accidentally charged me for one night instead of three so they called me up to the front to pay the extra two days at 12:30 PM. I kindly asked if I could forgo the following two days and find a different spot because of the kitchen mixup. I thought this was a great chance to have a peaceful win-win scenario. They started to give me attitude and said that I’ll have to pay a late fee for being 30 minutes over the checkout time. I think some places really don’t value Customer Service and they don’t value making sure that their customers have a good experience and this place is definitely one of them

I would like to say the first thing when I got there they were like you owe $100 deposit just in case we can’t get any dirty spots out of a towel, linen pillowcases, etc. Then after getting in the room, we found one little bitty bar soap and a half bottle of shampoo so I assume somebody else used it or it was only filled halfway dirty towels, so I went downstairs and asked for clean towels and that’s where the attitude of the front office was. The shells were coming apart. The walls were dirty no breakfast no nothing that I should’ve been able to have with the amount of money that I spent there. I will never stay there again nor will I give them a good review. They do not deserve it.

The property was better than I expected for the rate I paid. The room was quite large, clean, and the AC worked well, even in 104 degrees. The bed was soft and comfortable. The shower was nice and hot with very good water pressure. What I didn't like-I had called ahead and let them know how critical my schedule was. When I arrived for early check-in, even though I had arranged it two days prior-the staff acted like it was a burden, even stating, "See? They (the other staff) make promises for early check-in, but they can't predict how full we'll be the night before." As if complaining to me about the other staff. Then they did not have an ADA room, which I specifically requested. Navigating a regular facility (especially the bathroom) is difficult for me. I had explained on the phone call two days prior that I needed internet for eight back-to-back online appointments, and then the desk staff told me at check-in that the internet there was terrible (I didn't have any issues once I got the internet). When I got to my room and entered my name and room number, the system didn't recognize me for internet service. So I had to wait for someone to "help" me. That person told me, "You have to hit the purchase button," which I had already tried three times. I had to call back to the front desk, and whatever the error was, they fixed it (so it was their error), but I had wasted so much time that I did not have time to eat before my appointments. I was hungry for 10 hours.
