Huzurlu tatil istiyorsaniz boşa çabalamayın...

Maalesef iletişim konusunda oldukça problemli bir işletme sahibi hanımefendi ile muhatap oldum. Kahvaltımı alirken elini savura savura ve bağırarak "Seri olun biraz seri" sözüne haklı tepkimi verdikten sonra tam bir ağız dalaşına girdi. Arkamız boştu ve bir misafir bana bir soru sormuştu, onu cevaplıyordum açıkçası. Seri olun biraz seriii ne demek, olacak laf mı? O andan itibaren yanindaki yaveri ile beraber bana tatilimi zehir etti. Ne zaman yanyana denk gelsek sürekli satastı. Ben cevap verince de yanındaki yaveri "Ne efeleniyorsun?" diye sözlü sataşmaya devam etti. Paramla rezil oldum. Konumu güzel olsa ne farkeder, huzur olmadıktan sonra... Bu arada odalardaki buzdolapları çalışmıyor. Ana sistemden kapatılmış. Sebebi iktisat. Ama rezervasyon öncesi bilgi verilmiyor.

Işık Otel Memnuniyet

Biz 2 gece 3 gün ailecek kaldık gerek güler yüz gerek temizlik olsun her konuda çok iyiydiler. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitliydi ben yemek seçen biri olarak çok memnun kaldım her çeşit vardı. Otelin genel temizliği iyiydi. Ayrıca sahilde şezlong kullanımı da bizi tatmin etti. Çalışanlara çok teşekkür ederiz seneye yine görüşmek üzere

Otelin konumu harika, Sarımsaklı plajının hemen karşısında & yeme/içme/çarşı noktalarına da çok yakın. Plajda otel müşterisi olarak şezlonglardan ücretsiz yararlanabiliyorsunuz. Odalar malesef temiz değildi ve ağır bir koku vardı. 1 gece konakladım, fakat gelecek seyahatlerimde tekrar tercih etmem.

Sahili gören balkonu icin almistim zaten.Ama oda bakimsiz ve calismayan elektrik anahtarlari vardi. Herhangi bir temizlik malzemesi vermiyorlar. Size plajda sezlong sagliyorlar. Ama bu yani disaridaki disko zaten uyutmuyor gece 3 e kadar.Otel degil de pansiyon diyebilirim.

Güzel bir otel

İlk kez gittiğim Ayvalık'ta ilk kez tek başıma yaptığım tatil Işık Otel sayesinde beklentimin çok üstünde geçti.Otelin genel bakıma ihtiyacı var doğru ama çalışanlar açığı fazlasıyla kapatıyor.Plajda otele ayrılmış yer olması, sabah kahvaltıları, sorulan sorulara ilgili ve güler yüzlü cevap verilmesi memnun kalmama yetti.Tekrar gitsem tercih ederim.
