This is great Hotel, very close to the train station, Universal studios is 5 min walk, perfect after a long day of having fun.
Staff very welcoming & speak English.
Room service is great.
Only issue we had is the bag transport service they provided did not deliver our bags to Tokyo at the time originally provided which caused us to have a full day waisted.
We will definitely stay here again.

"We opted to have the buffet breakfast twice as we enjoyed it so much. The free shuttle bus to the airport was very handy. The staff were very nice. The hotel was in walking distance from many shopping options. A 10-15 minute taxi ride from the airport if you miss the shuttle like we did."
