We love the onsen because it is quiet and spacious. Also, we like the hotel room as it is spacious and the beds are quite comfortable and really clean. The hotel’s breakfast buffet doesn’t have many food available though but my kids love it. I recommend the corn soup in the breakfast buffet because it is nice and warm, perfect for someone who is looking for something warm. The hotel is also very close to the airport, 24 hour supermarket and outlets. Very convenient for us. We will come to stay again.

Excellent airport hotel

Excellent hotel close to the airport ..about 10 mins and 50000 yen . Fabulous breakfast superbly comfortable beds if you like firm beds. Easy to find and access.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is just a few minutes walk from Rinku Town station & the Rinku Town outlet. The highlight of the hotel is the large onsen, there are different baths such as carbonated, electric & outdoor baths & a sauna. Another good thing about the hotel is that it offers free shuttle bus service to Kansai Airport. The hotel's check in & checkout process is self serve automated, there are staff available to assist but we found them unfriendly. As a suggestion, to make onsens enjoyable to everyone there should be signs to remind guests not to have loud conversations in the onsens & children should be supervised by parents & not allowed to jump & run around the baths. The hotel does not provide sleeping gowns (which other hotels do - gowns can be rented), no tea or coffee & no cleaning for the first two days. I think there are other hotels available in the area for similar price.

Rooms very small, no bathroom, shower cubicle opens into bedroom with nowhere to hang towels or clothes, sharing a room with my 13yr old son and having to walk out of the shower into the room to retrieve towel an have nowhere to dress other than the shared space is not ideal. Kettle an cups provided but not tea/ coffee etc. Bus transfer was efficient and booked easily via the QR code in room

This hotel was perfect for our late flight arrival and the forwarding domestic flight the next day. It is one train stop (Rinku-Town) from the Kansai Airport and then just a few minute walk from Exit 5. It also offers complimentary shuttle to the airport. This hotel is spotless clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Highly recommended.

The floor is cover carpet which is hard to pull luggage over. We booked two rooms in one booking. However, it was assigned to two different floors. There is no phone to communicate between floors and you are restrict to use elevator to your floor and it's hard to reach to your family on different floor unless you meet up at the lobby.

Highly recommended

The Hoshino resorts are known in Japan but this was the first time for me to stay. The check-in was easy, the path to the room was easy, the room was very quiet - I rarely heard anyone outside of the room. The room was cozy, roomy and also had separate shower section and tub in the bathroom - Japanese style. I didn't try any food - I wasn't hungry enough for the dinner and left early in the morning. The hotel is located super convenient to the near-by train station which can take you pretty much anywhere. I stayed once in near-by hotel recently, but I'd recommend this hotel highly for many reasons.
