Great except a bunch of the in-hotel restaurants were closed. Otherwise, super convenient, basically like staying next to an outlet mall in the US or Canada. Almost surreal.

We stayed here because we had an early flight out of KIX. They had a free shuttle bus at 5:55am. Laundry facilities were an added bonus. Wished that there had been an easy option for a cheap drink and small plate.

Very nice hotel, rooms are very spacious has a separate sitting room away from the beds. Nice views higher-ups floors for all the guest rooms. A stop away from Kansai airport by train, hotel also provide free shuttle to the airport, reservation needed. Will definitely stays there again and recommended if you have early flights the next day or need a hotel to rest after a long flight.
