The room is straight out of the 1970’s. Why is there a phone on the wall in the bathroom? Ancient coffee pot in the bathroom that barely works. Thermostat is very old and hard to work. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The advertised breakfast was non-existent. This was the second time I stayed there for three days in the last month, and it was the same each time. I wish they wouldn't advertise a breakfast and instead lowered the room rate a few dollars. Otherwise, it's a nice place for the money.

Hotel had a smell about it the minute you walked in. Room smelt worse, had to go by air freshener, helped a little. Breakfast was a waffle, yogurt, coffee, nothing else. Unfriendly staff. Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else.

Watch for the hidden “safe fee”

It’s a super 8, so not much to expect. My biggest complaint is that they charged my card a “safe fee” for the use of the in-room safe - of which I didn’t use and only found out after I had checked out and received the bill online.
