Cozy Austin Escape – King + 3 Queens Family/Group

This home's excellent location makes it perfect for people seeking an authentic experience in Austin. Bring the family/friends to this 4BR/2BA home with lots of room for fun. Enjoy outdoor covered dining space, Adirondack chairs and hammock. 75” TV (Disney+ & ESPN) in the living room and hang out in the large dining area. Relax in cozy king/queen beds with down comforters and premium cotton beddings for a good night sleep.

The place is conveniently located in east downtown Austin. Within walking distance, you will find gourmet restaurants, food trucks, bar/wine and coffee shops. It's only a short drive to the famous Franklin BBQ, top restaurant Birdie's, Moody center, Rainey street, UT campus, Texas Capital and the medical district.

Once entering the living room, guests will see a gorgeous sofa with beautiful throw pillows along with a 75 inch TV that comes with complimentary Disney+ and ESPN+ for you to enjoy.

The dining area has plenty of room. The kitchen has all the appliances including fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher. It is also equipped with all the cooking needs: pots, pans, utensils, salt/pepper and cooking oil/seasoning. Our coffee machine is K-cup compatible. Locally roasted ground coffee is provided and guests are welcome to bring their own favorite K-cups.

There are 4 bedrooms in the house with 1 king bed and 3 queen beds. All have down comforters, premium cotton beddings, luggage racks, USB/USB-C power strips, black-out curtains and noise machines. The king bedroom has private bathroom with a shower. Guests can find pack&play, children's books and toys and board in the living room area.

Brand new washer and dryer are located in the closet behind the dining area.

The outdoor living area is furnished with a dining set, chairs around a fire pit and a hammock. The backyard is surrounded by market lights at night for guests to hangout.

The place is close to everything including Trader Joe's, Whole Food Market, Texas Capital, Moody Center, UT campus, Zilker Park, Lady Bird Lake and the medical district. It's next to the Capmetro light rail and Boggy Creek Trail, an urban trail that provides comfortable space for people walking or biking to enjoy.

Guest has access to the entire house including the entire backyard, the only exception is two locked pantry closets where we keep all of our supplies.

There is a dedicated free driveway parking space along with plenty of free street parking. The house is also a short Uber/Lyft ride to many great spots in downtown Austin. E-scooters are also available for rent on the nearby streets.
