My family members came from out of country and they needed Wifi and it did not work so we asked the staff and they told us we were doing something wrong. They blamed us instead of checking if Wifi had issues. If was very inconvenient for my family members to communicate with us while we are staying. Next day when we checked out they realized Wifi had issues and they were telling people that they called Service person. If they should have listened my family members complains it would have fixed a little early 😞 however this hotel is new and clean.

Awesome Austin Hotel

This hotel exceeded my expectations. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist Svea. She answered all of my questions and helped us with extra pillows and hot chocolate. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. They have a designated parking garage that makes parking a breeze.
