Office has bars on the windows and they make you leave a deposit for the tv remote control, which they hand you when you check in. I left 4 hours after checking in due to feeling completely unsafe due to fighting outside of my room. Property refused to refund me and I had to speak to a supervisor at Expedia to finally get it but from Expedia not the property. This place should be condemned and/or not listed on the Expedia website.

This property looked very shady. It had bars on all the windows and you could not go into the lobby. The lobby was locked up tight and they helped you through a tiny little slit in a window. They charge a $10 deposit for the room key and the tv remote (which the tv did not work anyways). However, all the staff at the location were fabulous and very friendly.

Yes the staff was lacking. I paid for a prior reservation through another company and they didn't honor my reservation. I understand it was a new person working yet they should have made some type of accommodations for me after the fact but didn't.

It was a do it yourself, but everything was off limits and had to put a $300 deposit to use laundry room, to even get a single roll of toilet paper, let's say you wanted to get room service at 11:00 you have to pay for that, and also there is homeless people and prostitutes outside of the apartment and they are always and I say always going to be banging on your door asking for a room or for money, never stay at this place ever
