This is not an excellent Inn. Maybe good at best. Not worth the extra price we paid. Heating unit in room was noisy, couldn't change the speed of the fan to help quiet it down. Temperature setting did not work properly. Found an old stain on the floor in the corner of the room. Black mold stains on the bath mat. For breakfast, we ordered eggs benedict, one hard yoke and one soft yoke. Both came hard yoke. Snow came over night and stopped, and when we left the main doors at 10:30 am we had to walk through a pile of snow again in front of the main doors. The back hallway from the main lobby to the washrooms was like you were in an old warehouse. Washroom was freezing cold. We paid a premium price but did not get a premium visit. You don't get what you pay for at this Inn.

This property is quite "tired". It needs new chairs in the rooms - our office chair was falling apart and had the "leather" completely ripped off the seats. The bathroom was very clean. It could do with an updated paint job and new decor. The beds were comfortable and it was clean. The free breakfast provided was excellent. Overall it was very good value for the money but I would encourage the management to look around - with some very small investments in the room decor could make a huge difference.

The room had a strong smell of bleach. There was red (hopefully ketchup) splatter on the walls in multiple spots. The desk chair was in very rough condition. The heat pump was very loud. The remote did not have a back on it nor was taped to cover the batteries. Customer service was very kind. The restaurant was delicious and love th new menu. Love that breakfast is included. Love supporting local and want to continue staying here. Would like more attention brough to the rooms.
