We received 2 uncleaned rooms before getting a cleaned one, then 10 minutes into our stay another guest opened our door as it was double booked.

The staff was great. Our forst room smelt strong of cigarette smoke. With having an asthmatic child we asked to move. The staff was very accommodating. Overall the second room was clean and comfortable beds. The walls however are very thin and we got litter sleep between the people having a party next to us until 3am and kids running on the floor above us. Breakfast was good. For a one night stay it was worth the price.

Room smelled of both kinds of smoke. Check-in process was brutal—took over an hour to get into our room after check-in time; had to wait because none of the rooms were clean and system wasn’t updating properly/user error/who knows. Front desk agent was SO nice and accommodating. She saved the visit.

Very friendly staff. There were a lot of kids there this weekend so it was really loud on the floor we stayed on. The room Was very clean but there was no towels and the room phone was broken. Overall I will still say it was at 3.5 star this time!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately they didn’t seem to have the authority to fix or improve the issues we experienced. The room itself felt outdated, and its location near the outside back door was very disruptive since the door was being slammed throughout the night. The bathroom also had problems — the shower was leaking from the spout, the shower head had very low water pressure, and there were no towels provided for the shower

First things first, I only booked three rooms and was charged for five which was OK because we ended up needing four rooms out of the five and they supposedly reimburse me for that or canceled it. Then we get to the room, our TV didn’t work nor did our phone, barely any lights in the room and the water pressure was terrible. Only good thing was the beds were comfy, but the breakfast was absolutely terrible.

They gave us the wrong room. We booked a king suite & all they had left was a 2 queen bed suite. I showed them what I booked on Expedia & all they said was “we don’t have any of those left….” The toilet stopped flushing the first night & the tub was stained and creaky/unsteady. The walls were super thin too and you could hear the neighbors flushing the toilet, showering, their tv or even them if they were being loud. Breakfast was alright but the coffee ran out during peak time with no intention of the staff refilling it anytime soon. The night staff was lovely and very helpful! I guess at the end of the day it was a place to sleep….but definitely won’t be staying again.

The breakfast was pretty decent and the staff was friendly. However the room could use some work. The beds are hard, the pull out couch had a ripped pad on it, the TV had wires hanging down and I had to fix the cable box. The door lock was broken and the Heater/AC was so loud we had to turn it off and it was about 0 degrees outside.

The hotel reeked of marinjuana. I was asked to pay an extra $300 deposit which I refused. My bed did not have a blanket on it, and when I called to ask for one was told they had no more. The couch in our room was broken, you could feel in the middle where it had cracked in half. At breakfast they kept running out of plates. And the entrance was pure ice and luckily I caught myself in time and didn’t fall but others were not as lucky. We had 2 night stay but we only stayed 1 night. It was horrible.

You get what you pay for. The room was fine, the food was fine, the pool was fine, the service was fine. Nothing was great. I would return if there was a need, but I think I would try other facilities in that area first.

I am very disappointed because the last time I stayed here it was a very good stay. However this time the room was barely clean the towel had a poop stain on it and the air conditioner made noise also the only reason why I went to this hotel was because of the breakfast and now they have changed the breakfast as well. They used to serve bacon however when I asked the lady why they do not have bacon anymore she made a big deal out of it like it was too ghetto to have bacon there at the hotel. so they decided not to serve bacon anymore. so I do not think I will be going here any more.

The AC unit didn’t work. It blasted hot air all night and wouldn’t adjust. It was too late when we realized it to call maintenance. The shades were broken and wouldn’t lower to cover the window. Parking lot lights in my face all night. Very loud fights all night, ending in a huge fight in the parking lot with at least 40 people. 6 police cars showed up and stayed for hours.
