We have a great dinner at the restaurant and Angelina was a fabulous server who took the time to talk with us and make our overall experience special. Everyone there was great from Valet to Front Deak to Housekeeping. We will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel. Clean. Staff goes above and beyond. Tall gentleman at the front desk was super accommodating helping us book an extra night. Also, stored my husband expensive bike for us. And this hotel is pet friendly.

The staff was really extraordinary! The hotel was well appointed, comfortable and very clean. I liked that bikes were included instead of having to find a place to rent them. The small shopping area with restaurants was within very easy walking distance from the hotel. I liked that there were no other major hotels nearby Beach was clean and lovely.

I've been visiting this property for 10 plus years and the quality deteriorates each time. The rooms are small and cramped, the bathrooms are extremely small, in need of updates. The toilet was broken and the the shower had zero water pressure. Property used to feel upscale, with amenities offered in room such as snacks, etc. The coffee machine in lobby was broken both mornings. Resort fee charged, however there were no umbrellas or beach loungers available when entering the beach, we had to wait for some to become available. Staff were offering free drinks to other families willing to give up their umbrellas. Love the proximity to the beach and walkability of beautiful Atlantic Beach shops, but parking fees, resort fees etc on top of pricy room rate are not comparable to the product.

We fell in love with this property and the people that worked there! It is such a beautiful hotel and the staff is over the top with niceness. I got a massage from the spa and it was incredible. The hotel is conveniently located by a ton of bars and restaurants. I can't wait to go back!

The property location was excellent. The hotel was a little dated and the bathroom was extremely small at least in the king size room we had.
