The property needs to have some remodeling done. Our room the walls had some flaking plaster or something that had just been painted over not fixed. The garbage disposal aread stunk. The eggs didn't look good at all and the sausage was WAY over cooked. We were in the are for a medical appointment. We will choose another hotel next time.

Central place in Avalon and Alferetta. Clean, easy check in. Affordable and reasonably priced. You do pay $5 a night for parking. Not sure why. Recommend overall.

Me and the wife just wanted a local 1 night getaway close to dining and shopping. The hotel overall was clean and modern looking, the room and breakfast were disappointing. When we stay away from home we like to turn the ac down to be comfortable, however midway through the night it stopped coming on it was very hot in the room. I also would have liked to have an extra blanket for my wife since she gets cold throughout the night, one was not available and we only got 2 towels. Yea I know I could have asked for more but it wasn’t completely necessary The breakfast the next morning was not very good, The variety of breakfast was typical of a free one, but the eggs and sausage that were available were lacking in flavor and the eggs tasted like they came from a box, the sausage was over cooked. I would not stay here again unless it was free.

Nice hotel near the Avalon. It was quiet and had a nice kitchenette included. I would stay here again. One thing I would recommend is more towels in the room.
