Pros are that it is in a convenient location to dining and shopping. Staff are friendly and helpful. Negatives are room service is every 7 days unless someone left and carpets in the hallways are old. Elevator ventilation is not good. HVAC is loud.

This was the worst hotel ever and I like the refund on my money the microwave was broke no remotes for tv refrigerator did not work my child’s insulin had to be refrigerated so I had to continue keeping it in ice bucket the breakfast was horrible they need new management this hotel sucked

The rooms were not cleaned during our week stay, even after being told it would "for sure" be cleaned. Staff took out the fire alarm because it was chirping and never replaced it, which is a saftey issue. Staff came to clean the fire sprayers, and didnt clean the room up after.
