My first room had a terrible odor. It smelled like insecticide although they claim they don't use it. White stains on the brown bedding. I hope that was glue but I seriously doubt it. Moved to a second room. The refrigerator didn't work and it made an annoying high pitched tone. No coffee maker in room although stated these were included online. Absolutely disgusting! Since I booked through Expedia there were no refunds, no discount. The front desk guy was nice and isn't at fault. He did offer to switch out the fridge but ... again, no coffee maker in room and no coffee available until breakfast. He said they made that change 6 months ago but it's still listed incorrectly on expedia. I'm now at the Holiday Inn.

Our stay from October 8–11 was unsatisfactory due to several issues. While we understand construction was in progress, the primary concern was finding a roach crawling out of a loose wall outlet on our final day. The cleanliness and upkeep, especially with live wires exposed, were far below acceptable standards. This experience was very disappointing.

Bed is comfortable. Room was quiet. Those are the good things. The free breakfast is literally cereal and bread. The juices are so watered down they aren’t even remotely juice and merely pale colored water. No fruit etc. Its very cheap. I stayed in room 222 for 3 nights. Each night i had to kill several bugs in the bathroom. Crickets and some other bugs i have never seen before. The bugs must come out from the walls at night. Because i cleared the bathroom each time , only to find others later. Killed a dozen in 3 nights…

1 Star hotel - bad staff

The front desk staff were just unfriendly right from the check-in. No smile or greeting, just all business. There is no coffee or water in the lobby. When ask, the front desk told me breakfast served from 630-9am and only then coffee is availble. I told them other hotels have coffee for guest and he told me otherwise and insited I was wrong in a condesenting tone. The hotel is under heavy rennovation and it's a mess. Our water got turned off in the morning and later cut off again in the middle of my shower. If I weren't staying just two nights, I'd have left after day 1.

Do not stay here if your a solo female traveler

As soon as I checked in and seen the room I immediately checked out, I was a solo female traveler there were men watching me as I checked in at 11:45 pm the elevator was broken and the other one takes forever to arrive . The doors don’t seem stable the room smelled like cigarettes the hallway was creepy and the male manager was super unhelpful and rude. Also there’s a group of people just staying / sleeping on the sidewalk near the hotel.. I asked for a refund as I checked in for two nights and one day and he didn’t even say anything . Disgusting do not book here the pictures must be ai or fabricated to make something better then it was, he was gave me one key I’m supposed to receive 2.

This hotel needs to be shut down immediately. When I went to my assigned room located on the 3rd floor, it smelled like a weed factory. It was ridiculous and unacceptable. When I mentioned to the front desk he didn’t seemed fazed at all and that told me everything. The noise was unbelievably loud.

Worst Hotel

Worst hotel ever. It had mold, paints chipping, some rooms have no working showers, and even stain on the beds. Only one working elevator and there are homeless people walking in the parking lots and even inside the hotel. The breakfast that they offer is not like other hotels. They offer muffins, some bagels, juice, and coffee. They even upcharge on the rooms so be sure to get an itemized bill. They overcharged me saying the room was "dirty" because of trash in the trash can. They even charged another customer for "smoking" when in reality he has never smoked in his entire life. I have never written a bad review but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
