Stayed Here for A Football Game at the Benz

First, Carnell the owner was great ! Responded quickly and handled any issues / questions we had. MAIN ISSUES: 1. The place needs to be repainted and a deep clean (especially in the bathroom) of the whole place immediately. 2. There was A LOT of marijuana being smoked around the apartment. The place itself does not smell of it but it was VERY strong around us. Place had everything you need if you want to cook or anything like that. Living room spot is cool and fireplace was a nice touch under the TV. Parking spot in the garage underneath was very nice. Gym/Exercise room is not very good. Good location, near a lot and is was great for us to walk to the Benz for the football game.

Booking was canceled the day of arrival

I got an Email hrs before I was to check into my stay telling me to contact the host. I contacted the host and he told me that him and his business partner were canceling my stay because the previous people that had book were extending their stay. They were unable to accommodate me and he refunded me the cost to stay there. Beware of booking here !
