The hotel is beautiful. However it was very loud. Not sure what the noise was or where it was coming from. Also there was an overwhelmingly smell of weed throughout the hotel. Halls, elevators etc. It was a bit uncomfortable.

Good Overnight Stay

I had an overall good overnight stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the check-in process was fast and smooth**. The customer service was friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. The hotel’s location was also a highlight. It is close to many food options, making dining convenient. The hotel connects to Politan Row (nice food hall) However, there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. The plumbing was noisy, which was a bit disruptive, and there’s room for more attention to detail of the paint and caulking, for example, that would make the hotel much nicer. Despite these minor issues, the stay was comfortable and met our needs for a short visit.

No microwave in the room. I booked queen deluxe with a pullout and the room didn't have that. The shower was a rainforest style and it was hard to turn the knob to get the shower going.

Great staff, great atmosphere, good rooms. The Colony has a bunch of food and drink options and is accessible right from the 2nd floor of the hotel. Great location.
