The room was not cleaned and there was filth next to the toilet and on the wall There was short curly hair in the tub and the floor and ON the towels. The wallpaper was filthy next to the bed and the lamp shade was broken. When we said we could not stay in the room the front desk help said he understood and did not offer a room change an apology,

Great property and had a comfortable stay. Only complaint was we paid for a suite with a kitchen and the “kitchen” consisted of empty cupboards with a tiny sink, microwave and fridge. Definitely more of a kitchenette than a usable kitchen for our family.

This hotel is an excellent option if you would like to hang out around Truist Park. The prices are very reasonable and include breakfast and free parking. The rooms are very clean and modern. I will definitely look to book a room here again in the future.

Upon entry I could tell the hotel was very basic. When I got to my room, even more so. When my friend arrived to meet me, they informed me of the homeless people in the parking lot (I was dropped off by an Uber). As a woman staying in this hotel alone, and planning to walk to most of my destinations, this made me feel uneasy and I decided to change hotels. Within 15 minutes of my arrival, I requested a cancellation/refund. I did change hotels right away, and I did not receive any refund. I could understand not refunding me for the first of 3 nights (even though I only stayed for 15-30 minutes), but I found it unfortunate that they would not refund me for nights 2 and 3. So that is why I am writing this review. Perhaps it will encourage this hotel to do the right thing for future travelers.

I always book this hotel when going to Braves games, the staff is top notch, very friendly and go above and beyond for their guests. Hot breakfast is good, and our room is always clean and no issues. Very close to the park, and parking is free, as is breakfast, so no additional charges. Love this hotel!

I selected this property at hampton Inn and suites ,Galleria area because of the convenience of the Truist stadium, battery park and the cumberland mall. but ,, when we arrived at the hotel, they did not have our reservations. Expedia "dropped the ball" on their part.. they did not complete our reservation with the selected hotel.. so we spent an hour with an expedia agent trying to locate another hotel. My husband found another hampton inn about a mile away.... a older and outdate hotel.. which we had no choice but to reserved as no other availability at other properties. so by the time we arrived at the second location, it was late and we missed the baseball game at truist stadium. so we lost our money ,,nearly 450.00 dollars worth. also we had to pay for uber / lyft cab services which was not part of our expanses.. approximately a hundred dollars.. so we are very disappointed that expedia 'messed up' . we were totally exhausted and very upset. that weekend was our 54 th anniversay!! so travelers.. beware before you leave home,, find the phone number of the hotel and confirmed your reservations.
