The rooms were clean, and its a great area to stay in. My only problems was the smoking coming from other rooms and the walls were pretty thin.

Hallways were extremely dirty. The room itself was OKAY, but there was a big tube in the shower drain and it wouldn't allow ANY water to drain. The guy working was really nice though.
