I would like to say that this establishment went above and beyond for me and my family a big high five to Simone and Todd-the manager, for great service and compassion for their guest. Was given first floor because we had 2 kids, but the person they above us was moving g a lot a heavy, had to take my trash to trash room to get towels had to go to Fri t desk.
This was in one of the draws don’t really know how long it was there

They need help!

My first room was nasty ! Hair in the bed , bathroom counter falling off , recliner scratched up ! I’m like what! I was moved to another room which was a little clearer! And the hallway smells so badly and stuffy! My room smelled I went to get a glad plugin to help me out. The location is perfect ! The staff was friendly If they would invest in airing out the hallways and cleaning properly it would be a great location ! The lobby smells great lol!

My room was switched at the last minute, and the air conditioning unit did not work. I reserved the room for two nights, but had to leave after the first not due to uncomfortable circumstances. The staff only compensated me for one day. The staff was defensive when the matter was brought to their attention. Staff should listen and respond professionally.
