The sink in the bathroom was stopped up. We asked for a blanket and pillow for the sofa bed and was told they didn't have anymore blankets 😒 it took them almost 2hrs to bring extra sheet and pillows. We've stayed at the Embassy many times and this probably was our last time. I couldn’t understand why a blanket wasn't in the bag for the sofa bed.

Ice cold water as ientioned previously but as if that wasnt enough ... the elevators are terribly sketchy wier.noises and many times during our stay they were completely out of order. We're in the 6th. Floor.... not acceptable. Hilton clearly need fo spend some money to get this priperty running right again this has been the most rediculous miserable stay ive ever expieieance in my 50 years. Never again will.i stay here

The hotel is nice, but as one of the higher priced hotels in the area i wod at least expect hot water. The room had no hot water over the 4 days we have been here.... one of the things i love about hotels endless hot water.. not here and with it literally freezi g temps outaide who wod even bathe bc the water is ice cold

The hot water in the shower did not work on my second day. When i called the service desk, the staff gave me instructions on how to turn the shower knobs a certain way. I dont understand how turning the knobs a certain way can make the water turn hot or cold. Turning it on should not be difficult. And when i checked out the staff at the front desk did not even show empathy and offered anything. If you want to know which room i i was in let me know

We came to stay one night there. At first it’s hard to find the parking lot and it is self parking and very dirty. We have to pay 25$ a day for self parking. The room when we check in is dirty. The wall is not painted evenly, the night stand feet is broken, the carpet is not vacuumed at all. The AC is not working well so they have to bring us the fan and morning time we don’t have any hot water for shower. When we called for manager to complain they are really rude and they denied about what we said. But we have a lot of pictures to prove for that. This is the worst experience I ever had at hotel in my life. And I paid 177$ a night without parking fee.
