The room was very modern with high level flooring and finishes. The bed and linens were very comfortable and breakfast was included. The location was excellent for restaurants, shopping and activities. The staff was friendly and efficient. The restaurant offered good value and choices.

The breakfast is amazing! The staff are very pleasant and attentive throughout the Hotel. We had some issues with our room, the safe wouldnt lock and needed to be repaired, our room door would not close properly and i actually broke the handle off trying to close it. Thus is a ery new hotel so they are still ironing things out but overall it was excellent including the staff.

The staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. The area is wonderfully vibrant with lots of shopping/dining options that are reasonably priced but know that also means that the evenings can be loud; particularly if your room faces the street.

Loved my stay here. The staff is amazing and the location is great. My only complaint is that the rooms are made for minimalist aesthetics, not comfort—no luggage stand, no drawers, and the headboard curves out so you can’t reach your glass of water on the nightstand. Otherwise, wonderful stay!

Beautiful hotel and nice staff. Location is good. However, Very noisy at night so unfortunately would not recommend the hotel . In the room the beautiful shower has a highly polished floor, we had to put a towel down while showering, also the nightstand is located behind a winged headboard out of reach , so ended up putting things on the floor at night next to the bed. If we had slept all would have been overlooked.

My husband and I were fortunate to have spent eleven nights at the Eternity Hotel. It’s a new hotel and the staff is outstanding. A big thank you to those whom I was able to get the names of: Despoine, Eleni, Gabriel and Petros at the front desk who made us feel so welcomed, by smiling and answering our many questions; Leah, the sweetest young lady, who kept our room spotless; Tania, our barista, who made the most delicious Americana coffee; and Spyros and Chris, the highly efficient servers that truly added to our delicious continental breakfasts. Cris is a wealth of information if you want to know about Athens. There were other staff members as well, a chef and a pastry chef and I wish I could list all the staff who are making this hotel a true retreat. We looked forward to the continental breakfast because there were so many delicious food choices and the menu varied every day. We were even offered additional choices specifically prepared by the chef. I recommend the scrambled eggs. The location is perfect. We had a partial view of the Acropolis and were within a short walking distance of Plaka and the Monastiraki Square, with so many restaurants nearby and a fantastic dining room with a patio right in the hotel. Our room was spacious and quiet; the bed and pillows were so comfortable; the bathroom was beautiful, with a rainforest shower head; and the expresso machine and clothes steamer were a nice touch. The Etetnity Hotel in Athens get a 10 out of 10!

Room was very clean and comfortable with a view of the Acropolis. Great shower and high quality toiletries. Complimentary water and bottle of wine were a nice touch. Staff contacted us before arrival to make sure our arrival and check-in went smoothly. Breakfast buffet was included and had plenty of choice. Small outdoor seating area to enjoy an ouzo or glass of wine with a snack and watch the world go by.

This stay was great ! The staff was super friendly. The room was nice and modern, and always very clean. However, You could hear through the door when the elevator opened or other people open/closed their doors. Breakfast was excellent. You cannot beat this location.
