Very expensive hotel, and we were not able to slee

The hotel was located very well in Athens. It was walking distance to everything. Unfortunately the reception desk the people were very rude and not very kind. They were always seeming very aggravated and overworked. They were not helpful at all and made her stay very uncomfortable. We booked a room that was over $600 a night and they put us on the first floor in a suite overlooking all of the restaurants and bars. We never got any sleep. Don’t book this hotel if that’s what you want it was terrible. The people in the breakfast room very kind and very nice and breakfast was very good.

Wow! this property is absolutely stunning. We stayed in a suite with direct views of the Acropolis, and photos truly don’t capture how incredible it is in person. I would come back to Athens just to stay here again. The hotel’s design is beautifully curated, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the beds are exceptional, and the service was outstanding. Breakfast was another highlight. Fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety. The location is unbeatable, especially if you’re in Athens for just a few nights, as it’s very central and convenient. A couple of things to note: you will hear the nearby church bells in the morning (which can actually feel quite charming), and there’s some noise from the plaza, though the soundproofing is excellent. I’d suggest bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, this is a 10/10 stay that I’d recommend even to my most particular travel friends. I’d love to return...next time without my 2-year-old in tow!

Is my second time in two years when I’m staying at this property and I just love the entire concept and the stuff it’s amazing is clean The AC is working love the shower. The hotel was centrally located to all the attractions in the area. The service was fine as we didn't spend much time at the hotel during the day. The evenings is where it became an issue. The hotel is located near many bars in the area and you can hear the music playing most of the night making it impossible to sleep. The walls seem very thin as you can hear full on conversations. We stood two nights and were barely able to sleep. It was a bit of frustration especially after spending the day sightseeing and wanting to get some sleep. Thankfully, it was just a pit stop on our way to the other islands. If I were to stay in Athens again, I would most likely not pick this hotel.
