The best thing in this hotel was Tatiana guest relationship, she was —super helpful and nice.
Unfortunately, the hotel was very disappointing. It had a bad smell and felt very low standard. The room was small, poorly designed, and looked old. The space was cramped and not well laid out. The toilet was dirty—I had to clean it myself.
The rooftop looked much better in the photos. The pool was very shallow, maybe only 70 cm, and there was no shade. The elevators were scary and dirty, and the hallways were also dirty and had a bad odor.
This hotel might be acceptable for people with very low expectations, but overall, it felt dark, unclean, and neglected. The area around the hotel also felt shady and dirty.
The only good things were that it was close to the underground, and the breakfast was decent—but nothing special.
Overall, I was very disappointed.
