Surprise $15/day parking fee was disappointing, especially since the lot was empty. Fold-out couch for our 3rd occupant was heavy to deploy and uncomfortable & it was a bit of a puzzle arranging the furniture around it when opened. Otherwise, one of the better places I’ve stayed.

This is a new property and as such was very clean. The rooms are well designed and comfortable, and the amenities good. Staff was friendly and attentive. My only complaints are that (1) the walls are thin, and we could hear conversations in adjacent rooms, (2) the room was very hot at night, even after I turned the heat off. We were a little uncomfortable walking to/from the town late night in the dark, as you go under a poorly lit overpass, and some homeless people hang out at the corner, but we never felt directly threatened.

Nice, new and clean. However, the bed was very bumpy and uncomfortable that I had two rough nights of sleep. I also didn’t like the surprise parking fees even though I didn’t park in the garage. I do not think I will be back. Sorry. Get new and comfy mattresses!!

The road noise was awful if you were staying facing the road. Not sure about the other side of the hotel, but this alone was enough to make me not want to stay there again. The parking was very limited for on the property. To get to the adjacent parking lot it’s just a dirt lot that you have to leave the main hotel parking. When you want to leave the lot you have to go all the way around if you need to bring the car around to get your bags into the car. It is too far to bring your bags to the dirt lot and down a slight hill with a curb in the way. I would not stay at this property again without the lot being fixed to having it paved and some kind of stairs or ramp accessible means to get to it. Especially at night.

Thieves! I left a bag of personal care (hair care, skin care, etc) in the drawer of the bathroom and no call to confirm it was found! I will never stay here again! Yes I did leave it but to me it’s the same as finding a lost wallet, if it isn’t yours then you contact the owner! Integrity is not apart of their business!

Love this location. Only 3 years old but looks brand new, great parking that is reasonably priced. Safe parking garage with elevator right there for ease of use. Rooms are big, very clean and very well equipped. Staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Have stayed here a few times now and will come back again.
