The staff were very friendly and attentive. The facility, however, is in need of repair. The floors were warped and the room had a musty smell. I wonder if the hotel has flood damage from the hurricane?

We had to check out of another hotel due to noise issues. Walked into this hotel hoping for a room.Kristy was very friendly and sympathetic. She found us a room and allowed us to check in early to make things easier for us. Our room was clean, and thankfully, quiet. The rest of the staff we interacted with were friendly and breakfast was excellent. Kristy saved our vacation and we are very thankful. We will stay here again.

This is certainly a no-frills hotel. It’s in a great location that’s walkable to everything in downtown Asheville but it’s badly in need of a renovation. The free parking is a nice amenity but the towels in the bathroom are very old and feel like sandpaper. The rates here are less expensive than other and much nicer hotels in downtown so I guess you get what you pay for.
