I think overall location was very important. It was in the center of downtown. The staff was absolutely amazing and the hotel seemed very clean. Definitely a hotel we will stay at again.

Oh, what positive can’t I give about this hotel? The room was large and quiet, in an intimate setting with high end finishes. I’ve stayed in many Four Seasons, and this hotel was on par with them. The location can’t be beat; the robe was soft and made of fluffy material; the restaurant was incredible; the morning and afternoon treats for guests were a wonderful and decadent surprise; the staff was lovely and so kind to our kids. We’ve stayed in several hotels in Asheville and will only return to this one. Thank you for a great trip!
