The staff at the Hilton were exceptionally attentive, accommodating, and displayed a warm, friendly demeanor, which made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. However, our stay was significantly marred by the room’s location, directly adjacent to a noisy function room on the top floor. On the first night, we were disturbed by loud sounds of furniture being moved or carts being rolled, which persisted well into the evening. The second night was no better, with the noise continuing until around 11 PM. This level of disruption was far below the standard we’ve come to expect from a Hilton hotel, and it left us deeply disappointed.
Additionally, we were surprised and frustrated that no boxed breakfast was offered, despite our early departure the following morning. This small gesture would have gone a long way to improve our experience. On a positive note, the hotel’s other facilities, such as the well-maintained indoor heated pool, were enjoyable and a highlight of our stay. Overall, while the staff and amenities showed promise, the noise and lack of consideration for early departures significantly detracted from our experience.
