Poor service and dirty bathroom

Upon entering my room, I heard water running in the bathroom so I went in and saw there was a dirty towel in the shower and the shower was leaking. There were also dirty footprints on the floor. I immediately went to the front desk to notify the gal, Angela, working. She just shrugged her shoulders and told me there was nothing she could do because all of the rooms had the same thing and the towel was there to prevent the bathroom from flooding. I tried to go to bed and couldn’t sleep due to the noise of the water coming from the bathroom and I could hear the person next door snoring. I reached out to the desk again at this point and then she finally agreed to move me to a different room. I had to pack up all of my things, and get out of bed to do this at a late hour, when I would have preferred to be sleeping. The new room did not have water leaking, nor dirty towels on the floor. I would have checked out and found a new hotel upon first arrival to my room if it had not already been so late.
