Stay just two houses away from the 13th Green of Seascape Golf Course and a short walk to the ocean down the street!

The Country French charm of this brick home and semi-circular driveway with loads of parking await you. Prepare your gourmet meals or serve your takeout on the large center island of the open concept kitchen. Large L-shaped couch with chaise lounge faces the expansive deck with chairs for eight and barbecue. Below that deck, look out to the peaceful trees and enjoy the privacy under the large striped umbrella.

Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with two separate sink areas, a bathtub and grab bars for your convenience. Adjacent bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed and share a hall bathroom with shower stall. Remaining guests can sleep on an air mattress, which we provide. Washer and dryer on site for those beach clothes!

Beautiful home to stay. Kitchen/livingroom is a great home base for family time. Bedrooms are good size & had an abundant amount of towels/sheets if needed. There is some old school charm. Be careful with babies/toddlers. Lots of trinkets around upon arrival that we kept safe in higher places during our stay. We would reccomend some baby proofing of cabinets if the lower cabinets have such breakable pieces. We were so excited to use the play structure during our stay but were disappointed that it was not in running order. Other areas of the house had some TLC that we brought to their attention. We reached out to the owners and they were great with accommodations and stated that they would fix all issues & update listing. Would like to stay again and get to use the full potential of the home. Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect Family Trip

Our family traveled to the Monterey Bay Area for a week and could not have been more thrilled with this property. Literally everything you could ever think you might need was there and available for use. We cooked in most mornings and three nights, the kitchen was extremely well appointed. The bedrooms were spacious, beds and linens extremely comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.It is located on a golf course, about 3-4 blocks back from Beer Can Beach (which we loved!), so it made for beautiful walks. It was conveniently located off of the freeway, & the perfect distance between to explore between Big Sur & Mill Valley. I cannot recommend this property enough!!

Seascape is great…

Family get together - bbq available with lots of dishes and pots and pans. Nice deck to relax and have conversations - Great location in Aptos near golf and beach. Very clean and relaxing! This is our third stay - will return again!

Quiet and serene

The property is spacious with lots of storage space. It is in a quiet neighborhood. We found that 2 bathrooms was a bit inconvenient for 4 people but not a dealbreaker. It took a little while to figure out the light switches. I would recommend more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and a mirror in the second bedroom so you can put on makeup when the bathroom is occupied. The kitchen is large, huge dining table, the patio is delightful and there is ample parking. The microwave was not working but the owner sent over a replacement right away. We would stay here again.

Loved the area and house. Beautiful kitchen and family room and dining room. Master bed was very comfortable! Light switch broken in kitchen area for canned lights. The thermostat was hard to figure out and when we got there is was set at 55 degrees and freezing . The lock box was also open when we arrived. Two days the trunk of the car in the driveway was open so we closed it! The kids loved the playground and had a blast! Thank you for sharing your home!

House was amazing-beds comfortable-living space was good-backyard was nice-appliances were good. Location is good Beer Can Beach down the street plenty of restaurants and stores. PERFECT FOR THE FAMILY

This house is perfect for a larger family. It has three bedrooms and a huge couch that easy for someone to sleep on. It is the best stocked house that I have ever stayed in. Thr outside area, complete with a play structure for children is excellent. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that we needed for the stay. Video is excellent with large screen TVs and a variety of apps like Netflix. The back deck is very big with a table that seats eight. Great for outside dining. The house has plenty of games, including an old Pacman game that we had some fun with. While some of the bedroom furniture is dated, everything is functional and clean. We will stay there again when we go back to the area.

Last summer fling

The house was perfect for our 3 generation family. Plenty of room indoors and out. The kitchen was very well stocked! The washer and dryer were very convenient in the garage. Plenty of off street parking. The mattresses and bedding were very comfortable. We enjoyed dinners outside in the sunshine around the huge table on the back deck. We walked to the beach from the house, sometimes we drove to the bottom of the hill if we were hauling a bunch of beach stuff...the hill was steep coming up. We could tell we were living in a home that was loved by the owners. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!

The house was a great layout for our family of 4 and the outdoor spaces/decks were awesome. This was the cleanest VRBO that I have ever stayed in. They had lots of essentials (TP, paper towels, detergent, etc) that a lot of VRBO owners don’t provide so it was nice not having to go shopping for a bunch of stuff upon arriving. The owner/manager was very responsive to our questions ahead of the stay and always answered in under an hour. The location of the house only about 1/4 mile away from the beach access is phenomenal. Thank you for the amazing stay, we will be back!

Another great stay at this beautiful house

This is our third stay, and it never disappoints. Hosts are very easy to communicate with, and responsive. House is very clean, with a very well set up kitchen for cooking, which we used extensively this year. House is stocked with good quality cooking utensils, bedding, towels, TV, and feels like the home I wish I had. Beautiful outside porch that we didn’t use this year, but between the inside and outside, big enough to host family gatherings. A nice, quiet neighborhood, close to a beach, and a quick drive to Santa Cruz. I would rather have this house than something closer to Santa Cruz, it’s quiet, peaceful, and nicely appointed. Thank you Heidi and Sunder for continuing to rent out this beautiful home.

Multi-generation family vacation

We loved this property. The house was perfect. There were plenty of towels, linen and bedding for everyone's comfort. The kitchen was a chef's dream. The hosts were super accommodating from the start. Short drive to toddler friendly Rio Del Mar beach. The back deck and play structure were perfect for family dinner and undwinding from the day. Family Holiday

We had family visiting from out of town for the holidays and this house was the perfect spot for our family. The beds were comfortable and the walk to the beach was short for the 70-year-old grandparents.
