Great property with very clean rooms—definitely 5 stars. Overall, the place is very nice and offers plenty of parking. However, I did have one uncomfortable experience when I found a housekeeper’s cell phone and charger left in my room. I hope the hotel will work with staff to ensure they have designated spaces to charge their phones, rather than using guest rooms. I value my safety, and finding someone else’s phone in my room made me feel uneasy. I would also prefer if staff members were asked to cover their tattoos. Seeing visible tattoos makes me associate them with danger, as in my opinion, many people with criminal backgrounds have tattoos. This is, of course, just my personal opinion.
