Very clean and modern room. Very friendly staff. Bfast was well stocked and multiple options with plenty of seating. In an area with a large number of hotel options, this is a good choice.

What stood out the most was the well kept appearance from the moment you walked in the front entrance. Check was a breeze with Blessings from the front desk. Bedroom was clean all around. Really appreciate the 24/7 coffee and tea.

Staff was great! Rooms are small. We were on the 3rd floor alot of doors slamming and stomping on the 4th floor. When brought to the front desk attention was told " the hotel got busy". So not alot of sleep.

the room was comfortable and staff great. The only problem was the smell when you enter. they must use scented candle or something similar and for someone with breathing problem it is a big problem, i had problem breathing when checking in and at breakfast. Not a good idea to use that strong scent in public place

The bathroom shower was hard to figure out. The room was cold all night. Would not warm up. The breakfast was cold. No one bothered to show you the pancake machine. The decaf coffee was also cold. People at the desk were good at talking but not near the breakfast.

We were there to visit my kids for the weekend and with the forecasted snowstorm coming we're unsure if we would have to stay another night or not. Could not have asked for kinder staff! They were so great at trying to keep us informed and had the room ready for us should we have needed it. Rooms are very nice with lots of charging spaces!!! Very clean and great amenities with indoor pool, breakfast and little shopping area. Highly recommend.

What a great surprise!!! The cutest little hotel right off the interstate state. Usually stay at this big prestigious hotel 20 minutes away but didn’t want the drive. Service was a 10 Cleanliness also a 10!!!

I had a great time staying at this property. The rooms were very modern clean and nice options for Netflix and different streaming services. What really got me was the great breakfast that they have there with pancakes bagels eggs sausage juice, cereal oatmeal anything you could think of all hot and ready and fresh, which is great for our journey as we traveled from Virginia to Pennsylvania overall 10 out of 10. Stay absolutely will stay there again if I ever end up going to Hershey Park again.
